What types of property can I explore?
Retail shops, restaurants, cafés, takeaways, convenience stores, salon premises, offices, warehouses, industrial units, showrooms and commercial investments. Business 2 Go focuses exclusively on commercial property.
Am I buying the premises or the business?
Listings distinguish the commercial premises and tenure. Do not assume stock, equipment, goodwill or an operating business is included in a property price. Ask for the specific terms.
Are the demo properties real instructions?
No. Every DEMO property is fictional and is provided to demonstrate the search and enquiry experience. Demo locations, prices and rental figures are illustrative.
Enquiries and next steps
How do I request a viewing?
Open a property detail page and choose Arrange viewing. A request is subject to confirmation; submitting it does not book a viewing.
Can I request floor plans or a brochure?
Use the relevant property enquiry button. Published documents appear on the property page when they have been supplied.
What should an owner include in an enquiry?
Your contact details, property postcode and type, tenure, approximate floor area, asking price or expected rent, and whether you wish to sell or let.
Investing and data
What does the investment calculator show?
Illustrative gross yield, operating income, net yield, financing costs and cash-on-cash return based on your assumptions. It is not a valuation or guarantee.
Where are my enquiry details stored?
When the database is configured, the form stores your enquiry securely for the team to review. The privacy page describes processing and retention. The form reports an error if it cannot save.
Do I need an account to compare properties?
No. You can compare up to four properties in this browser. The comparison uses local browser storage and can be cleared at any time.
