Privacy Policy
Prepared for the website configuration. Last reviewed: 20 October 2026.
Who handles your information
Business 2 Go uses enquiry information to respond to commercial property requests. Use the Contact page to ask about your information. Verified company contact details are displayed there when configured.
What is collected
Enquiry forms collect your name, email, phone, enquiry type, message and, when relevant, property details, viewing preferences and optional uploaded files. Staff may record internal notes, status changes, assignments and follow-up dates. The hosting service receives ordinary request information.
Why information is used
The team uses the information to respond to your enquiry, take requested steps and administer commercial property discussions. The company must confirm its applicable lawful bases, controller details, service providers and international transfer arrangements before public launch. Form acknowledgement is not consent to unrelated marketing.
Storage and access
Enquiries are saved to the configured PostgreSQL database. Uploaded documents use private object storage. Access is limited by the staff roles in this application. The hosting, database, storage and email providers process information needed to operate their services. The company must select and document suitable processing locations and agreements.
Retention
The configured retention period applies to inactive leads: open matters are reviewed separately. The retention command removes closed or lost leads whose last update is older than the selected period, and removes their stored attachments first. The company is responsible for scheduling this command, reviewing exceptions and setting justified retention periods. Backups follow the company’s separate backup policy.
Your questions and rights
Contact the company to ask about access, correction, erasure, restriction or other data protection rights that apply to your circumstances. You can also raise a concern with the UK information rights regulator through ico.org.uk. Requests should be reviewed against the applicable law and the information held.
Email and spam protection
Email notifications use the provider configured by the company. A saved enquiry and an email delivery are different events. The enquiry form uses a hidden spam trap, input checks and server-side rate limits to reduce automated submissions. There is no analytics integration included in this project.
